058 – Trust In The Lord:

He Created All Things Under The Direction Of The Father:

Psalm 125:1 They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.

Isaiah 4:5 And the LORD will create upon every dwelling place of mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defence.

Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Many pray for things we desire with a sincere heart and not get the answers we want to hear.

We know that our desires are worthy and it would give us joy and happiness, now.

Our prayers for overcoming illness, loneliness, a wayward child, challenged with a handicap, abuse of some kind, and many more desires, it seems so reasonable to ask God and it would make us happy to have our prayers answered.

We find it hard to know why our intense and sincere prayers and faith from being worthy person does not bring the desired results.

None of us like having adversities in our lives.

When we get trials, disappointments, setback, letdowns, loss, sadness, and heartache comes our way from two different sources.

The second way is by those who have transgressed the laws of Heavenly Father, for they will always get these trials and ordeals.

The first way for trials and adversities is from the Lord and His purposes in our life that we may grow which come from overcoming the trials that is a test for us.

We need to determine which way our trials or challenges come from, for each has a different actions and consequences.

When we are suffering from the effects of our transgression, we need to recognize that the true and correct path for relief from our trials is real sincere repentance and forsaking our sins, and we need to do it with a broken heart and a contrite spirit.

Isaiah 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

Isaiah 66:2 For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.

Psalm 34:17 The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

Psalm 34:18 The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.

Psalm 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

Matthew 18:4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 23:12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

Luke 14:11 For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

Colossians 3:12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

Colossians 3:13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

Colossians 3:14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.

Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

Colossians 3:17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

James 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

1 Corinthians 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

True relief from our grief and miseries is having a sincere repentance.

We need to bring our lives in line with Heavenly Father and the scriptures.

This is the only way the Lord will give us lasting peace in our lives.

When we put off being humble and our repentance, we are delaying our or preventing our relief from the Lord.

Acknowledge to ourselves of our own mistakes and we need to seek help.

Your pastor is a friend with the ability to help and guide you in finding peace of mind and help with your trials for the Lord will work through him.

With the Lords help the way will be opened and He will give you strength to repent and give you peace of mind.

The first method of being tested with adversities, this testing is from a wise Heavenly Father who determines what is needed for us, who are living a worthy and righteous life; and that are being obedient to His commandments in the scriptures.

Then when it seems to be going right for our lives, we get oppositions in our lives in various doses which come at the same time.

When we get these trials, which are not of our own consequences of our sins, they are evidence that our Heavenly Father feels we need to be tested so we can grow.

Proverbs 3:11 My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:

Proverbs 3:12 For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

Proverbs 3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.

Getting correct experiences that will make us grow and to have understanding, and having compassion for others for an eternal benefit with our Heavenly Father.

The Lords path is to get us from the level you are now to a level where our Heavenly Father wants us to be to enlarge us and to do that may cause us uneasiness, discomfort, and maybe lots of pain; just like the Savior.

Adversity will cause us to ask many questions; like, for what purpose and others do not have this trial, why is this happening to me, why now, what have I done to deserve this, and I feel loss.

When adversities and trials come from our Heavenly Father, any opposition to Him will lead us to more trials and maybe harder trials.

When we get these experiences and trials, we need to ask ourselves; what should I do to go through them and what am I to learn from them.

What do I need to do to change my thinking?

Is the trial to help someone else in helping others?

When these trials come to us, we must remember our many blessings at this time which will give us some direction.

In trials, we think we are the only one who is having them and we do not think that it might be the Lords way or is it from sin.

When we pray, we need to ask Him His will.

Matthew 6:7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

Matthew 6:8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

Matthew 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Matthew 6:10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Matthew 6:11 Give us this day our daily bread.

Matthew 6:12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

Matthew 6:13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Matthew 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

Matthew 6:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses

When we do His will (Thy will be done), we will get greatest help from our loving Heavenly Father.

We need to trust in Jesus Christ, while we are in our probationary period here on this earth; we need to trust in the Lord.

When we do we will be led and guided by the Holy Ghost and the Holy Spirit as we obey the scriptures so we can have eternal happiness.

Proverbs 3:4 So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Proverbs 3:6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Proverbs 3:7 Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

We do not know the consequences will be after the trial, but when we repent of our sins, and doing His will, we know it is for our Good.

Ezekiel 22:14 Can thine heart endure, or can thine hands be strong, in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the LORD have spoken it, and will do it.

Matthew 10:22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

Matthew 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Mark 13:13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Mark 13:14 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:

1 Corinthians 13:6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

1 Corinthians 13:7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

2 Corinthians 1:4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

2 Corinthians 1:5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

2 Corinthians 1:6 And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.

2 Corinthians 1:7 And our hope of you is stedfast, knowing, that as ye are partakers of the sufferings, so shall ye be also of the consolation.

2 Corinthians 1:8 For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:

2 Corinthians 1:9 But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:

2 Corinthians 1:10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

2 Thessalonians 1:4 So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:

2 Thessalonians 1:5 Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

2 Thessalonians 1:6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

2 Timothy 2:3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

2 Timothy 2:10 Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

2 Timothy 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

2 Timothy 4:5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Hebrews 12:9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

James 1:12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

James 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:

James 1:14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

James 1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

James 1:16 Do not err, my beloved brethren.

James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

James 5:13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.

James 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

James 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

James 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

1 Peter 2:19 For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully.

1 Peter 2:20 For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? but if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.

1 Peter 2:21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:

We need to trust that the Lord knows what He is doing with you and you need to exercise your faith in Him.

His love for you, is your eternal good even you may not be able to understand how He is going to do it.

Our understanding is like infants, when it comes to our eternal events and their impact upon us here in mortality.

We as mortals act as if we are in control and know it all.

Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ will help you on your path here in mortality, as you go through trials for His purposes, you must trust Him.

This learning will come as a child, line upon line at a time.

When you pass through each of your phases, the trials will cause pain and difficulty, which will help to grow like Him.

If we get immediate answers to our prayers, we would not grow.

Our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love’s us perfectly.

Our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ would not have us experience a moment more of difficulties than is absolutely necessary for our personal good.

They love us dearly.

Jesus Christ is our perfect example for us to follow.

Matthew 26:39 And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

Jesus Christ having perfect faith, great obedience, and complete understanding when He asked His Heavenly Father, but as thou wilt.

Matthew 26:42 He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.

Matthew 26:44 And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words.

Jesus Christ suffered for our sins, saying thy will be done.

Our willingness to do His will; will not change Heavenly Father’s will for what He has chosen for us.

But, it will change the effect of those decisions we make in the trials.

With our free agency, we will allow Him to produce greater blessings in our life when we choose the right.

Because our Heavenly Father loves us, that follow Him, He will give us promptings to follow.

Only when we will accept them without complaining and the promptings will become larger as we follow His will.

We increase our faith and willingness to do His will as we repent of our sins and forsake them and our desire to do His will.

He knows what is in our hearts before we ask Him.

We cannot negotiate with Him.

We must obey His will no matter where He take us.

John 16:23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.

John 16:24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

He will give it to you in His due time which is best for you.

As you exercise faith in Him, as one door closes, another door opens, but only in faith.

He will brighten your path.

Brightness comes after the trial has been the greatest.

Then comes greater happiness and more understanding of His will.

The gospel gives us more perspective, purpose, and understanding in this life as we study them.

Our trails may be to us as unjust, unfair, unreasonable, and hard to cope with, but through the scriptures and the Holy Ghost, we can get through it.

We need to ponder the scriptures for help and strength to endure.

As you read and study the scriptures, we begin to understand them.

We need to center our life around Jesus Christ for true happiness.

When we keep the commandments, it provides us a sure foundation to grow by.

All this takes effort on our part to endure the trials.

This all takes time, the Lord’s time for peace to prevail.

We need to be glad to have what we have.

Count your blessings, make a list of them, you have more than you think.

Like Job, Satan did not have total control of him, he trusted in the Lord.

As you try to understand in what your trails are about, just endure with the Lord on your side.

Do all you are able to do; then trust the Lord to do the rest.

When you struggle with a trail, and you feel down because of the challenge, you can have peace as you go through it.

Aches, grief, sorrow, anguish, setbacks, failures, letdowns, defeats, aggravations, irritations, annoyances, nuisances, and etc, may be in your trials, the Lord knows about them too, He wants the best for you to grow.

You have a loving Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ who died for you.

You can be blessed when you accept His will.

He wants to exalt you and He wants you to live with Him again.

To meet the requirements of the Lord, you need to mature, to grow, to have a Christ like love for others, and to show and do charity for others.

Heavenly Father is preparing you to become a god and live with Him.

Psalm 82:6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

John 10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?

John 10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

Heavenly Father is preparing you to be a god with all these trails.

We cannot now understand His plan for us, yet, but He knows.

Trust in the Lord, He knows all, endure your trials.

They know what will bring to you real happiness.

You are being prepared for the eternities of a glorious life with all your loved ones who qualify for that kingdom the Apostle Paul talks about.

These are correct principles and true, trust in the Lord.

This test is a refiner’s fire, this is a must to live with Him.

Trial’s gives us eternal life, and without them is death.

The Savior gave His life for your happiness.

Heavenly Father will accept you without complaint, they will bless you and support you.

Remember, remember; Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love's you very much.

How long is Eternity?

This life is very short compared to Eternity, this is a test for us here.

Whether we live a few moments in the mother’s womb or 150 years old, compared to the Eternities, this life is nothing, we are here to choose the right and marry and raise a family of children unto God.

Families are forever with God.

The Apostle Paul talks about the 3 Kingdoms or Glories.

1 Corinthians 15:40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial : but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.

1 Corinthians 15:41 There is one glory of the sun , and another glory of the moon , and another glory of the stars : for one star differeth from another star in glory.

Three Kingdoms of Glory:

There are three kingdoms of glory: the celestial kingdom, the terrestrial kingdom, and the telestial kingdom. The glory we inherit will depend on the depth of our conversion, expressed by our obedience to the Lord's commandments. It will depend on the manner in which we have "received the testimony of Jesus".

Celestial Kingdom – Like the - Sun :

The celestial kingdom is the highest of the three kingdoms of glory.

Those in this kingdom will dwell forever in the presence of God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ.

This should be our goal: to inherit celestial glory and to help others receive that great blessing as well.

Such a goal is not achieved in one attempt; it is the result of a lifetime of righteousness and constancy of purpose.

The celestial kingdom is the place prepared for those who have "received the testimony of Jesus" and been "made perfect through Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, who wrought out this perfect atonement through the shedding of his own blood".

To inherit this gift, we must receive the ordinances of salvation, keep the commandments, and repent of our sins.

"All who have died without a knowledge of this gospel, who would have received it if they had been permitted to tarry, shall be heirs of the celestial kingdom of God; "Also all that shall die henceforth without a knowledge of it, who would have received it with all their hearts, shall be heirs of that kingdom;

"For I, the Lord, will judge all men according to their works, according to the desire of their hearts".

"I also beheld that all children who die before they arrive at the years of accountability are saved in the celestial kingdom of heaven".

There are three degrees within the celestial kingdom.

To be exalted in the highest degree and continue eternally in family relationships, we must enter into "the new and everlasting covenant of marriage" and be true to that covenant.

In other words, temple marriage is a requirement for obtaining the highest degree of celestial glory.

All who are worthy to enter into the new and everlasting covenant of marriage will have that opportunity, whether in this life or the next.

Love Heavenly Father, Love the Lord Jesus Christ, and Love the Holy Ghost, Be Beloved, Be Holy, Bowels of Mercies, Do All Your Duties, Forbearing One Another, Forgiving, Helping the Poor, Humbleness of Mind, Keep The Commandments, Kindness, Longsuffering, Meekness, Repent and Forsake

Terrestrial Kingdom – Like the - Moon :

Those who inherit terrestrial glory will "receive of the presence of the Son, but not of the fulness of the Father.

Wherefore, they are bodies terrestrial, and not bodies celestial, and differ in glory as the moon differs from the sun".

Generally speaking, individuals in the terrestrial kingdom will be honorable people "who were blinded by the craftiness of men".

This group will include members of the Church who were "not valiant in the testimony of Jesus".

It will also include those who rejected the opportunity to receive the gospel in mortality but who later received it in the postmortal spirit world.

Telestial Kingdom – Like the - Stars :

As one star differ from another star in glory.

Telestial glory will be reserved for individuals who "received not the gospel of Christ, neither the testimony of Jesus".

These individuals will receive their glory after being redeemed from spirit prison, which is sometimes called hell.

Anger, Blasphemy, Concupiscence, Covetousness, Discord, Disobedience, Doing Contrary to the Laws of God, Envy, Evil, False Witness, Filthy Communication, Fornication, Gluttony, Graven Image, Greed, Hath, Did Not Honour Thy Father and Mother, Idolatry, Inordinate Affection, Keep the Sabbath Day, Laziness, Lust, Lying, Malice, Mischief, Neglecting, No Other Gods, Piety, Pride, Shalt Not Bear False Witness Against Thy Neighbour, Shalt Not Commit Adultery, Shalt Not Covet Thy Neighour's Property, Shalt Not Kill, Shalt Not Steal, Sloth, Take Lords Name In Vain, Triumphing over Others, Uncleanness, Wicked Imaginations, Wrath, and Etc.

Perdition :

Some people will not be worthy to dwell in any kingdom of glory.

A place of outer darkness.

They will be called "the sons of perdition" and will have to "abide a kingdom which is not a kingdom of glory".

This will be the state of "those who know [God's] power, and have been made partakers thereof, and suffered themselves through the power of the devil to be overcome, and to deny the truth and defy [God's] power".

Hands that Shed Innocent Blood

Denied the Holy Ghost

Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
(Why would the Lord tells us about another book will come forth in the Latter Days?)
(What are the words and the book the Lord is telling Daniel about, which will come in the last days? The Holy Bible is already here? So what is the other book, Daniel is talking about in the last days. It cannot be the Holy Bible; it must be some other book?)
(We have had horse and buggy to thousands of year, and since early 1800’s, man has been inventing things and now we are into space, so where is that other book other than the bible?)

Daniel 12:9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
(Again, the Lord is telling us about a sealed book. Is there a book other than the Bible,.)
(God said it twice, another book to be reviled in last days. What is that other book? I am sure it would be like unto the Bible, having similar teaching, but a different book? Or did God forget about another book for us in the last days. And why until the last days, unless it has more meat to the text and the people were not ready for such meat then.)

Ezekiel 37:16 Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim and for all the house of Israel his companions:
(Stick = Book or a Bible, Judah = Old and New Testament, David = Linage same as Jesus Christ)
(Joseph, the stick of Ephraim = Another Book or Bible, different from the Holy Bible.)
(Ephraim was the son of Joseph that was sold into Egypt, by his brothers. Another stick or Bible type Book will have to come forth like unto the Bible. It will be another witness of Jesus Christ. Which is, like onto the Holy Bible. Line up line, here a little, there a little, or give baby milk before meat. The Lord gave the Holy Bible like milk before another Book or another Bible type was like meat.)
(Where is it?)

Ezekiel 37:17 And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand.
(The Holy Bible and the other Book or other Bible, tells about Jehovah and Jesus Christ and His teachings in both parts of the world.)
(When we join them together, which means for us to believe that they are both just as important as the other, and that they are both from Him.)
(The Bible and this other Book will tell about Jehovah or Jesus and His teachings in both parts of the world.)
(When we join them together, which means for us to believe that they are both just as important as the other, and that they are both from Jehovah or Jesus?)

Revelation 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
(Revelations is for us in the Last Days...)
(A gospel for the Last Days called the Everlasting Gospel or another Book or another Bible that has to be brought to all nations, kindreds, tongues, and people.)
(The Holy Bible and the other Book or another Bible is His teachings for us in the Last Days.)
(The Holy Bible is already here for thousands of years, but in the Last Days, is another Book or another Bible, which has never been seen before by man, until the Last Days. Many will reject it, for they will say, a bible, a bible, who needs another bible, we have a bible, and that is all we need. Not what God’s wants them to have.)

The Lord Jesus Christ, wants the best for you in these Latter-days and it is this sealed book just for you which is not the Bible. The Bible and this other Book will be one in His hand in the Last Days before Armageddon and go to all nations round the world.

Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

In the Sacred and Holy Name of Jesus Christ, Amen
