010 - Scriptures Are For Us:

We Need To Study The Scriptures Today More The Ever:

By studying the scripture, we can receive many great blessings that we enjoy today because the scriptures are so accessible?

The Lord Jesus Christ speaks directly or by the influence of the Holy Ghost to the Prophet and Apostles and the words they write are scriptures.

Our Lord speaks to His prophets and His commandments are a record to be kept as revelations and His dealings with His children on the earth, from the beginning of time to today.

Jesus Christ has commanded all men that they shall write the words which He speaks unto us on the earth.

The Lord Jesus Christ said that for out of the books which shall be written to man, He will judge the whole world, and to every man according to his works and according to that which the Lord has written.

The Lord wants us to use the King James Version, which is the most correct version to use.

The Bible means many different books and by different people that the Lord called to write and the Bible is called the standard works of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The inspired words of our prophets by the Holy Ghost are accepted as scripture.

The Bible (KJV) is a collection of many sacred writings by the prophets and apostles and they contain God’s revelations to man in every nation on the earth.

All the scriptures cover the time of Adam & Eve the time of the Apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Old Testament and the New Testaments of the Bible, is before Jesus Christ and during Jesus Christ and after Jesus Christ.

These scriptures were written by many different prophets who had lived at various times on the earth and recorded the events with the Lord of the history of man.

These scriptures foretell of Jesus Christ our Savior and Redeemer is coming in the Old Testament of the Bible.

These Scripture talks about the life of Jesus Christ and the He is the Savior and Redeemer of all mankind and there is no one else.

The scriptures tell us of the establishing of His Church in that day.

We believe the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly.

The Bible bears witness of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost, and the Bible talks about their reality with great power, clearness, and plainness.

The Holy Bible will open up our understanding of the doctrines of salvation for all mankind.

How we can prepare for His Second Coming.

The scripture’s tells us about truth and it bears the testimony of our Lord Jesus Christ.

By the Holy Ghost, as you read the Bible, a power will begin to flow into your life the moment you truly begin a serious scripture study of the Bible.

One of the powers of truly reading the scriptures will be the power to resist temptation in your life.

As you study more, you will also find the power to keep away from deception, cheating, dishonesty, and sinful ways.

The Holy Ghost will give the power to stay on the straight and narrow path leading back to Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost.

Matthew 3:3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.
(The Lord will restore His Church)

Mark 1:3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.
(There is a forerunner first, before any restoration of any dispensations.)

Mark 1:4 John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.

Luke 3:4 As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.

Luke 3:5 Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth;

(This restoration needs to go to all nations, valleys, hills, of the earth in the Latter-days and etc.)

All scriptures form the Lord Jesus Christ, are called the words of life.

You cannot find it anywhere else then in the Bible.

Every person or saint need to make the study of the scriptures a daily and lifetime importance, activity, and concern in your life.

The scriptures prepare us for His Second Coming.

The purpose of the voice of the Lord is unto the ends of the earth, that all that will hear may hear.

We need to prepare ourselves to meet the Lord Jesus Christ at His Second Coming, we need to repent of our sins and be ready, for His time of Coming is very soon.

The scriptures contains the organization regarding how the Lord Jesus Christ will restore and reveal His Church to us in these latter days.

The Lord Jesus Christ will not modify His Church to please us, for the scripture explain how He has organized His Church (Not a building, but His Saints.) and How He has defined the offices of the priesthood and how the priesthood will function.

The scriptures tell us about prophecies of events to come to us.

We are commanded to study His teachings and revelations in the scriptures so we can return to Heaven again in happiness, peace, and glory.

In the scriptures are prophecies and promises to us if we search them that we can be saved and live with our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost.

We could live with our relatives and friends again and be happy forever.

The scriptures tell us about the Creation of this earth and more.

We can learn much from the scriptures about the whole purpose of life; where did we come from, why are we here, and where are we going after this life.

The scriptures gives us the nature of God and His priesthood for us to use here on this earth in helping others.

Are the stories in the scriptures that has make you feel good and inspired you?

You can get the help form the scriptures to endure this life and be happy here, whatever trial you may go through, the answers are in the scriptures waiting for you to read and overcome that trial.

We do believe all that God has revealed in the scriptures, all that He does now reveal in the scriptures, and we believe that He will yet reveal many great and important things in the scriptures pertaining to the Kingdom of God where we can live again.

The scriptures are the words of our prophet’s from God to us, His will and His love for us today.

We Need to Study the Scriptures:

There are many blessings we can receive when we study the scriptures.

We need to study the scriptures every day, mountains will become mole hills.

We need to share these truths with our family, friends, and others.

We need to read the scriptures with our children so they will learn to love the scriptures and use them for the truths and answers it contains.

With so many evils in the world today, we need to read the scriptures which are full of truths and righteousness; and it will strengthen our faith in Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost.

The scriptures will help us to overcome the evils today.

As we study the scriptures and with each other; we will grow closer to God and each other.

When we read the scriptures, ponder and pray about what we have read and ask our Heavenly Father for understanding and by the Holy Ghost, we reveal the truth of these things to us.

We will know what God wants us to know for ourselves and that it is true.

God will not let us be mislead, misinformed, deceived, and lied to.

We too can receive the same feelings as the prophets did, when we pray with real intent if it is true.

For our soul can delight in the things of the Lord.

Our hearts can feel peace.

We need to plan on a time and a place to study the scriptures everyday which fits our busy schedule.

Remember the Lord has many blessings for us, as we keep His commandments, our cup will overflow with blessings, and we must have a desire, hope, faith, and charity.

The scripture’s brings to us LOVE.

Mankind was horse and buggy for thousands of years, but in the latter days knowledge has increased and now we are out into space, so where is that other book or scriptures for us to learn more.
