007 - Who is that Holy Ghost of the Godhead:

Did the Holy Ghost ever Come to Adam and Eve:

Why do you think Adam and Eve needed the teaching of the Holy Ghost?

Adam and Eve had children and there sons and daughters married and had more children and there sons and daughters married and so on.

This started the spirit children form our Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother to leave their presence and come down to earth in to mortal bodies as part of the Plan of Salvation.

When born into this life of mortality, the memory with our Heavenly Parents was removed from our minds.

However, with the influence of the Holy Ghost, we can feel their love for us.

By the power of the Holy Ghost, our comforter and teacher, for he will guide us.

Adam and Eve prayed unto our Heavenly Father and He gave them comforter and commandments to follow a straight path back home.

After the garden, Adam and Eve obeyed all of the commandments.

Adam and Eve was visited by an angel of the Lord, told the about the Plan of Salvation or the Plan of Joy and Happiness.

Heavenly Father sent the Holy Ghost to testify of our Heavenly Father and about Jesus Christ and taught the gospel to Adam and Eve.

By the power of the Holy Ghost, Adam was able to prophesy concerning all of his children of the earth.

Because of Adam’s and Eve’s transgression, there eyes were opened to joy (good) and sorrow (evil), knowing as the God’s do and again be able to se God in the flesh.

Were it not because of there transgression, Adam and Eve, would never have had children, and the joy of redemption, and have eternal life, which our Heavenly Father giveth to all His obedient children.

We too need the guidance of the Holy Ghost.

What are some of the Attributes of the Holy Ghost:

What is the difference between our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ?

Why is it so important to us that there is a difference?

The Holy Ghost is a third member to the Godhead.

The Holy Ghost is a personage of spirit and does not have a mortal body.

1 John 5:7 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.

The Holy Ghost has a spiritual body and can be in only one place at any given time, but the Holy Ghost has an influence, which can be everywhere at the same time.

The Godhead is made up of three (3) difference personages, our Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost.

This Godhead is unified in one righteous purpose in helping us to return home.

Each person in the Godhead has a different and important assignment in the Plan of Salvation or Plan of Happiness from beginning to end.

The purpose of our Heavenly Father, is that He and Heavenly Mother gave us spiritual bodies and the Plan of Salvation.

The purpose of our elder brother, Jesus Christ is our Savior, Mediator, and Advocate with our Heavenly Father.

The purpose of the Holy Ghost is that he is the Revealer and Testifier of all Truths and a Comforter.

The Holy Ghost is a messenger of our Heavenly Father.

The Holy Ghost is a special Gift from our Heavenly Father to us.

Habakkuk 3:3 God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise.
(Our Heavenly Father came from Teman, and Jesus Christ, the Holy One from mount Paran, which is two different places.)

Revelation 4:2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
(Our Heavenly Father sits upon the Throne in heaven.)

Revelation 4:3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
(Our Heavenly Father sits on Throne.)

Revelation 4:4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.

Revelation 4:5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

Revelation 4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.

Revelation 4:7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.

Revelation 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, LORD God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

Revelation 4:9 And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,

(They all gave glory and honour to Heavenly Father who sat upon the throne.)

Revelation 4:10 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
(The 24 Elders fell down before our Heavenly Father who was upon the throne.)

Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
(Heavenly Father created all things, and Jesus Christ created all things under the directions of our Heavenly Father.)

Revelation 5:1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
(Heavenly Father had a book which was sealed in His right hand, which He could not open.)

Revelation 5:2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?

Revelation 5:3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

(Not even Heavenly Father could open the book.)

Revelation 5:4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

Revelation 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

(But, Jesus Christ was of the house of Lion of Juda, a Root of David, who died for our sins, who prevailed could open the book of seven seals.)

Revelation 5:6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
(Jesus Christ was the Lam, He was crucified for our sin, could open the book.)

Revelation 5:7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.
(Jesus Christ came and took the book from our Heavenly Father.)

Revelation 5:8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
(They fell down before Jesus Christ.)

Revelation 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
(Jesus Christ died for our sins and He was able to open the book, our Heavenly Father could not do it, for He did not die for us.)

Revelation 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Revelation 5:11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

Revelation 5:12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

(Jesus Christ is the Lamb that was slain,)

Revelation 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
(Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto our Heavenly Father that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Jesus Christ, the Lamb forever and ever. They are two different people and the Holy Ghost is a different person with different purposes.)

Revelation 5:14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth forever and ever.

What is the Mission of the Holy Ghost

The Holy Ghost reveals to us many truths, what are they?

The great purpose and mission o the Holy Ghost is to bear witness of our Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ, our elder brother, and the truth about all things.

The purpose of the Holy Ghost is to witness to us all, that Jesus Christ is our Savior, Redeemer, and Mediator.

The Holy Ghost will reveal to us all that our Heavenly Father is our Father of our spirits and we are His real children.

Matthew 23:12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

Luke 14:11 For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

Luke 18:14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

1 Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:

The Holy Ghost can help us to understand that we too can become exalted and be like our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ when we go to heaven, only the righteous and obedient can.

Romans 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Romans 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

All the Prophets of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, have promised us that the Holy Ghost will tell us the truth of all things.

Those people that are without the Holy Ghost in there life, can not know that Jesus is the Christ.

1 Corinthians 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

John 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

John 17:4 I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.

John 17:5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

The Holy Ghost is the power by which we are led to understand the gospel of Jesus Christ and live by the commandments that Jesus Christ gave us.

The Holy Ghost has such a convincing power, when living a righteous life, that there can be no doubt in our minds, that what the Holy Ghost reveals to us is true and right.

When a person has an impression from the Holy Ghost, that impression will leave a permanent impression on there mind and soul.

That impression is not easily erased from the mind and soul.

The Holy Ghost, which is Spirit speaking to your spirit and it comes with convincing and influencing force which cannot be denied.

If you are visited by an angel or even Jesus Christ, it would amaze you very much, and eventually that visit would become dimmed, but with the Holy Ghost, that impression would go deeper into the mind and soul and would be harder to remove.

We must make ourselves more worthy and more repentant to receive this very special messenger and witness of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.

Try to remember the times when you felt the Holy Ghost helping you and let you know when reading the scriptures are true, for he can help you grow your testimony.

1 Corinthians 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

1 Corinthians 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

1 Corinthians 12:22 Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:

1 Corinthians 12:23 And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.

1 Corinthians 12:24 For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked.

1 Corinthians 12:25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

Hebrews 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

Hebrews 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

Hebrews 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

Hebrews 10:27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

Hebrews 10:28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

Hebrews 10:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

In the Sacred and Holy Name of Jesus Christ, Amen
