St. Frederick - A Church of Jesus Christ - All Are Welcome - About Us:
Our Vision For The True Church of Jesus Christ:

Without a Vision the people will will parish.

Vision was first mentioned in the Bible in Genesis 15:1.

After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.

We must have a vision of what we must do in life and how to do it before it can be done.

At True Church Of Christ we will do that by following 3 Scriptures that will help us to accomplish this vision.

        1. Proverbs 29:18 “Where there is no vision the people perish”.
        2. Habakkuk 2:2 “Write the vision, and make it plain upon the tables, that he may run that read it.
        3. Ephesians 4:11-12 “Train up the people, to do the work of the ministry.

Our vision for The True Church Of Christ is just this simple.

With God being the shield and the great rewarder of the church.

We do this by giving him all praises and glory, as well as fulfilling his will and purpose to build a Strong True God Fearing Ministry.

This vision includes:

 1. SEEING the unknown amount of unbelievers get to know God for themselves personally, to love him, willingly serve and obey Him.

 2. SEEING believers committee themselves to love, share, and care for each other more, the way God had intended for us.

 3. SEEING the believers continue to grow in worshipping, and experiencing the presence of God in the middle of their lives

 4. SEEING the body and people of God use their gifts and talents to do the will and work of the Lord through Ministry, Teaching, Music, and Singing, Talking, and Counseling through the love of God.

 5. SEEING the word of God being taught truefully, and honestly from the from the Holy Bible.

 6. SEEING that no man or leader put himself above God. God comes first in all things. Through his words we will be able to have good strong leaders that can help impact our community and bring many to God and add to him daily.

 7. SEEING that Bible Studies are being conducted weekly. This will help in detailed study of Gods word.

 8. SEEING that Sunday School is being conducted, as well as Continuous Church Office Training.

 9. SEEING that individual prayer is conducted, and people proper financially through the understanding of and obedience to the teaching of God’s Word.

10. SEEING that the church continues to grow and branch out to Street Ministries, Jail House Ministries, The Elderly Ministries of the Home of the Elderly, and Youth Ministries, Brotherhood Ministries, and counseling and shelter for the batterly and abused.

11. SEEING that we can choose to be righteous to obtain the highest Kingdom of Glory of God by repenting, keeping the all commandments, even the least commandments, by forsaking your sins, having Faith, Hope, and Charity, by helping and being an example to your family, your children, your spouse, your friends, your co-workers, your neighbors, and your community.

KJV-Matthew 5:19: "Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven."

There are three kingdoms of glory: the celestial kingdom, the terrestrial kingdom, and the telestial kingdom.

The glory we inherit will depend on the depth of our conversion, and expressed by our obedience to the Lord's commandments and the strength of our faith.

It will depend on the manner in which we have "received the testimony of Jesus Christ".

The Bible teaches the literal second coming of our Lord, the literal rule of Jesus Christ upon the earth, the resurrection of the righteous to eternal life and the wicked to eternal damnation, and the ultimate victory of the eternal kingdom of God.
(Acts 1:9-11; Daniel 12:2; Revelation 22:1-7)

The Apostle Paul talks about the 3 Kingdoms or Glories.

1 Corinthians 15:40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial : but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.

1 Corinthians 15:41 There is one glory of the sun , and another glory of the moon , and another glory of the stars : for one star differeth from another star in glory.

Then there is a place with no glory or kingdom, which is outer darkness.

Our Church Leadership:

A church is truly built on Leadership. To be a leader, you must know how to lead.

Therefore you must know and have the equipment and knowledge it takes to lead people to God.

There are blind leaders as Jesus mentioned in Matthew 15: 14 - Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

There are also Spiritual Leaders as Jesus prayed to the father in Matthew 6:13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

This is the type leader we want to have here at the True Church Of Christ.

This is the absolute goal as a leader and servant of Christ.

We never want to lead anyone into temptation.

How do we prepare ourselves to be a Leader for Christ:
1. Speech:
We must ask the Lord to help us evaluate our conversation. God’s Word gives us standards by which we can evaluate the things of our lives.

Focusing on positive things that exalt Jesus, rather than negative in our conversations. We never want to speak negative or receive a negative accusation against anyone.

2. Faithfulness:
We must be faithful to ourselves, to God, Spouse, Family, Church.
-Are we living a life pleasing to Christ, or are we really trying to please someone else?
-If our goal is not God, than we are not being faithful to ourselves, or any of the things mentioned above.

3. Giving:
Are we known as a “giving” person?
-Do we give offerings, and tithes, and sacrificial offerings?
-Do we offer to help with the clean up of the Church Building, yards?
-Do we offer to help clean up or help around the community?
-Do we take time to offer to talk to someone in need of the Word of God?

4. Responsibility:
Are we responsible as we should be?
-When the Spirit of the Lord is speaking to us, are we willing to respond as He gives us the ability to follow his direction?
-Are we willing and able to lead people in the truths of God’s Word as He reveals them to us.
-Do we have to be told what to do in the absent of the Head Pastor
-Do we do things at the appointed time as scheduled

5. Godly Example:
Are our priorities in order?
- Are we living for the Lord at all times. Ministry is not just a 40 hour work week. It is a 160 hour a week job. It requires we live a well balanced life in serving the Lord.
- Home is where the ministry begins. 1 Timothy 3:5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
- Are your family following you in Christ as Paul says: 1 Corinthians 11:1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
- Consistency is the key to leading by example:
- Do we consistently demonstrate our love to our wife and children?
- We need to devote at least one day a week for our spouse and family
- Do we respond to the people needs by returning phones calls, visits, or correspondence

6. Accountability:
Are we accountable to another Spiritual Leader
- We know we are accountable to the Lord, but it is very well important that
we are accountable to someone in the ministry circle that we are involved.
We need to be able to talk to our peers and have open criticism from them.

7. Integrity:
Integrity is who we are, what we say, and what we do when no one else is around.
- Are we people of honesty and integrity?
